What is energy Leadership?
Energy Leadership by IPEC (the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) is a powerful framework that combines leadership development with an understanding of human energy.
It's built on the idea that we can consciously manage our energy to improve our leadership, relationships, and well-being.
IPEC identifies 7 levels of energy, ranging from low (catabolic) to high (anabolic):
